The Rock Times
The Rock Times is an interactive online rock music magazine by and for musicians and fans worldwide, founded in 2022 by Curtis Newart as a subsidiary of his indie record label Immaculate Records (est. 2005).
The Rock Times has covered pop-rock to hard rock, and punk rock to country rock, from rising indie stars to legendary performers.
The Rock Times reports on music news and concerts, hosts giveaways and contests, and sends out a monthly newsletter.
The Rock Times September 2026 edition will mark the magazine's 25th consecutive monthly issue.

Curtis Newart
Curtis Newart is a Canadian-American singer-songwriter and producer.
Newart is the owner and founder of Immaculate Records (2005), and its subsidiary The Rock Times.
His work in the entertainment industry has spanned over three decades, from his start as a magician at age twelve.
Newart's album Rock the Chandeliers ranked #43 on the College Radio Charts for North America, spinning on over 100 radio stations. His song Dead Religion reached #36 on the Amazon UK Religious chart.
He signed music licensing deals with OWN (Oprah Winfrey Network), NASCAR & Discovery, Inc.
As a publicist, stage manager, fund raiser and journalist, he has worked with hundreds of entertainers, events & organizations, including the United Nations, and the off-Broadway hit B-Average: A Musical About Passing.
Newart has curated charitable donations from RuPaul, Elizabeth Taylor, Carol Burnett, and Bob Hope, and has worked with Phyllis Diller, Tom Wopat, Alison Arngrim, Ned Beatty, Jerry Mathers, and France Nuyen.
He worked for years with Hollywood couple Thor Arngrim (manager to Liberace and Debbie Reynolds), and Norma Macmillan (the voice of Casper the Friendly Ghost and Gumby).
Newart founded Immaculate Records in 2005, and has launched subsidiaries The Rock Times, Lauperland, JAENY (Jamestown Area Entertainment New York), and Newart Photography.
He has interviewed GRAMMY award winner William Wittman, GRAMMY award nominees Eric Bazilian, Rob Hyman, Steve Gaboury, and many more.
As a child, Newart received the Outstanding Success in Speech Arts award from Dr. F.H. Mewburn, OBE, on behalf of IODE (Imperial Order Daughters of the Empire), Canada.
Robert Newart
Assistant Webmaster
Robert Newart has served as the Assistant Webmaster of The Rock Times since its inception in 2022.
He is also the Administrator of Immaculate Records.
He was a producer and co-songwriter on the album Rock The Chandeliers by Curtis Newart, which charted at #43 on College Radio Charts for North America.
Robert was the Assistant Webmaster of Lauperland: The World's Largest Cyndi Lauper Fansite from 2018-2022.
He co-founded Newart Photography in 2017, which provided exclusive photo coverage for Jamestown Area Entertainment New York (JAENY) from 2019 to 2021.
Robert is a first responder with over twelve years of experience in law enforcement, medical, and fire services.
