AJR is preparing to launch their 18-city North American "Somewhere in the Sky Tour" on July 18th, 2025, in Sparks, Nevada.
“There’s something magical about outdoor shows, whether it’s festivals or our own headlining gigs," AJR said. “We’ve been missing that connection with our fans, so we pulled together a bunch of our friends into a great lineup, created some new cool effects, and found the perfect excuse to get back out there!”
The tour, produced by Live Nation, includes dates in Hollywood, Toronto, St. Louis, and Denver, and includes some of AJR's friends as special guests, including Ben Steer, Cavetown, Chelsea Cutler, Goth Babe, Lawrence, Madilyn Mei, Quinn XCII, Ryley Tate, and Valley.
The show will include their hits “World’s Smallest Violin”, “Bang!”, and “Weak,” plus music from The Maybe Man album.

The Maybe Man album (2023)
The Maybe Man is AJR's fifth studio album, released in November 2023.
The Maybe Man Tour was their first arena tour, which ran from April to August 2024, including two dates at Madison Square Garden.

AJR is a trio of brothers from New York City who started their musical careers busking in 2005. Adam, Jack, and Ryan Met (born Metzger), tap-danced in the streets of NYC as Tapping Brothers to the Third Power (or TB³), starting in 2005. They used their busking money to buy a computer, microphones, and instruments, and began work on their musical careers.
They named their band Adam, Jack and Ryan before switching it up to AJR.
They originally started singing cover songs, then went on to write their own songs. Some of their earliest work appears on their indie albums Born and Bred (2010) and Venture (2010).
AJR's breakout single "I'm Ready" was released in August 2013, from their debut studio album Living Room, as a joint venture between AJR Productions and Warner Bros. Records.
