Couch

Couch is about to embark on a new US tour including stops in Chicago, Minneapolis, Brooklyn, Washington DC, Philadelphia and Boston.

“Looking forward to a busy spring and summer that includes some beautiful outdoor venues and a support run with one of our favorite bands, Lake Street Dive," says guitarist Zach Blankstein. "We’re also gearing up for a big fall. We just announced our biggest headline shows yet, including a hometown show at Roadrunner in Boston and some of our favorite rooms like 9:30 Club and Brooklyn Steel.”

Couch is a phenomenally talented, high energy 7-piece Boston-based pop band embracing elements of jazz, R&B, funk, and soul.

Formed in 2019, they were a long-distance band for two years, writing and recording virtually before releasing their debut EP Couch in February 2021. Three singles and a 20-city headline tour followed in 2022.

They released their second EP, Sunshower, in 2023, supported by a 40-city US headline tour, and a sold-out UK tour.

This past fall and winter, Couch opened for Cory Wong (known for his work with Vulfpeck, and Fearless Flyers) on his 38-city US and European tour.

Couch features Tema Siegel (lead vocals), Zach Blankstein (guitar), Jared Gozinsky (drums), Will Griffin (bass), Danny Silverston (keys), Jeffrey Pinsker-Smith (trumpet), and Eric Tarlin (saxophone).
