KID CUDI: P. DIDDY TORCHED MY PORSCHE

Rolling Stone reported that Kid Cudi (born Scott Mescudi) testified for almost 90 minutes on Thursday at the trial of P. Diddy (born Sean Combs) on sex trafficking and racketeering charges.

Mescudi told the court that he was subjected to "menacing harassment" by Combs, including a home break-in and his Porsche being blown-up after Combs discovered that his ex-girlfriend (Cassie Ventura) was dating Mescudi.

Mescudi stated that his romance with Ventura started after she told him that she and Combs had broken up.

Mescudi said Ventura called him in December of 2011 to tell him that Combs was now aware of Ventura's new relationship with Mescudi. “She sounded really stressed on the phone, nervous, scared,” Mescudi stated. He said he picked her up and took her to the Sunset Marquis hotel.

Rolling Stone further reported that a month later, in January 2012, Mescudi said he spoke with one of Combs' employees, who advised him that Combs and a male associate were currently inside Mescudi's home (in the Hollywood Hills), while she was in the car outside.

Mescudi said he started racing home, and called Combs from his car.

“Motherfucker, are you in my house?” he recalled repeatedly asking Combs.

“I’m here,” Combs allegedly replied. “I’m over here waiting for you.”

According to Mescudi, Combs had left by the time he arrived, but there were signs of a break-in, including opened gifts, and his dog found locked in a bathroom. Mescudi filed a police report.

Rolling Stone also reported that Mescudi testified that a couple of weeks after the break-in that his dog sitter called to tell him that his Porsche was on fire.

"Someone had sliced the car’s convertible roof and dropped a Molotov cocktail inside, on the driver’s side," he said. Jurors were shown photos of the burned Porsche.

Rolling Stone further reported that "Combs has pleaded not guilty to the five felony charges against him and denies any connection to the vehicle arson."

NBC News reported that Combs was arrested on September 16th, 2024 by federal agents and charged in a three count indictment with racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution.

Combs' trial is ongoing.
