Ozzy Osbourne's Cause of Death Revealed

The New York Times reported this morning that rock legend Ozzy Osbourne died of a heart attack “out of hospital” on July 22nd, 2025, according to the official death certificate filed in London, UK, by Osbourne’s daughter Aimée Osbourne.
Ozzy’s occupation was recorded as "Songwriter, Performer and Rock Legend".
The certificate states that he died of “(a) Out of hospital cardiac arrest (b) Acute myocardial infarction (c) Coronary artery disease and Parkinson’s disease with autonomic dysfunction (Joint Causes).”
The New York Times article also states that on July 22nd, "an air ambulance flew to the singer’s home near the village of Chalfont St. Giles in Buckinghamshire, England."
The ambulance then flew about eight miles southwest to Harefield Hospital in Uxbridge, London.
His death, at age 76, was announced by the family later that day.
