Priscilla Presley Accused of Pulling Plug on Daughter Lisa Marie Presley

Updated: 4 hours ago

Priscilla Presley's former business partners have accused her of taking daughter Lisa Marie Presley off life support prematurely in a bid to retake control of the family trust related to Elvis Presley's estate, according to NBC News.

Lisa Marie, the daughter of Elvis and Priscilla Presley, had control of her father's estate while she was alive.

In a lawsuit filed this week in Los Angeles, auctioneer Brigitte Kruse and memorabilia collector Kevin Fialko accuse Elvis' 80-year-old ex-wife Priscilla of "fraud, breach of contract and other civil misdeeds".

They allege they had a years-long deal with Priscilla to monetize her name to get her on stable financial footing, including the film Priscilla.

However, the plaintiffs allege that when Lisa Marie was hospitalized on January 12th, 2023, due to cardiac arrest, "Priscilla rushed to West Hills Hospital and despite Lisa's clear directive to 'prolong her life', Priscilla pulled the plug within hours of Lisa being admitted."

The New York Times reported that, according to the lawsuit, “Priscilla, who knew that Lisa was in the process of taking steps to remove her as the sole trustee of Lisa’s irrevocable life insurance trust, saw an opportunity to regain control".

The lawsuit alleges that once Priscilla gained control of Graceland, she cut ties with the plaintiffs, and denied them compensation from the movie Priscilla.

The lawsuit, which seeks $50 million in damages, quotes Priscilla as saying, "I'm the queen, I'm in charge of Graceland," prior to Lisa Marie's burial.

Elvis and Priscilla Presley were married for six years, from 1967 to 1973.
