Beyoncé has axed the flying car she rides in for her performance of "16 Carriages" during the Cowboy Carter Tour. Billboard magazine reports there was a technical mishap with the car during her Houston show on June 28th, where the car tilted sideways, and Beyoncé was heard saying "stop" repeatedly.
Rolling Stone magazine said, "the car stalled, tilted, and swayed, causing Beyoncé to pause mid-song and alert the crew. She hovered over the crowd for a few minutes before the car was slowly lowered into an aisleway on the floor, where Beyoncé disembarked."
The song, which she typically performs before her closing song "Amen", was cut from the subsequent three concerts before being reintroduced with her riding a golden mechanical horse that gallops over the crowd.
