Coachella 2025 heavy-hitters including Lady Gaga, Charli xcx, and Green Day have been bringing in huge crowds this weekend (est. 100K fans/day), across several stages at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, California. Coachella is held over two consecutive weekends, with the same lineups each weekend.
Lady Gaga headlined opening night of the annual music and arts festival with a 90-minute set on Friday. Benson Boone had played earlier, joined by Queen’s Brian May for "Bohemian Rhapsody", and Boone’s “Beautiful Things” finale including fireworks.
Weezer performed Saturday's opening set despite bass guitarist Scott Shriner’s wife Jillian Shriner being charged with attempted murder of a peace officer earlier in the week, during which she suffered a gunshot wound.
Charli xcx played a Saturday sunset slot with special guests Billie Eilish, Lorde, and Troye Sivan. Green Day headlined Saturday night. Prior to their set, lead singer Billie Joe Armstrong joined The Go-Go's for their song "Head Over Heels".
Travis Scott played the late-night Saturday block from a stage in the middle of the crowd, with special guests Playboi Carti and Don Toliver.
Post Malone, and Megan Thee Stallion are scheduled to play today.
Next weekend will feature the same lineups as this weekend.
