Diddy Sentencing Date set for Transporting Male Escorts

Updated: Jul 11

Sean "Diddy" Combs has been scheduled to face sentencing on October 3rd, 2025, for convictions on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution, Rolling Stone magazine reported yesterday.

Combs was found guilty of "paying for male escorts’ flights to New York, Miami, Los Angeles, and other destinations so they could have sex with his girlfriends while he watched. After the sexual encounters, the men were handed stacks of cash."

"The defense is pushing for Combs to receive a minimum sentence, which they said was between 21 to 27 months. Meanwhile, Southern District of New York prosecutors said the sentencing guidelines called for 51 to 63 months imprisonment, noting they’d likely be seeking an even longer incarceration period."

CNN reported that the judge denied bail for Combs while awaiting sentencing due to violence being a factor in the case.

Combs was found not guilty of the more serious charges of sex trafficking and racketeering conspiracy.
