DIDDY WITNESSES: CHOKED, KIDNAPPED, THREATENED TO BE THROWN IN RIVER

Sean Combs (Diddy) has been in custody since his arrest in September 2024, when he was arrested on felony counts of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution. The racketeering charge accuses Combs of running a billion-dollar criminal enterprise to commit bribery, arson, and kidnapping.


His trial began May 5th and is expected to run until August of this year.



Several former employees of Combs testified against him in the last week, including stylist Deonte Nash, who stated that Combs threw him onto a car and strangled him because he had gone out with Cassie Ventura (Combs' former girlfriend) without his permission.


Combs' former personal assistant “Mia” (pseudonym) testified that she and Ventura escaped an irate Combs onboard a boat by taking a paddle board into the ocean during stormy weather.



Former personal assistant Capricorn Clark stated that Combs kidnapped her at gunpoint, taking her to confront Kid Cudi about his relationship with Ventura, in December 2011.

Clark also claimed she was detained and questioned for five days in 2004, accused of stealing his jewelry. She alledges she was told that if she failed a polygraph test that she would be thrown into the East River.
