Multiple criminal charges have been filed against Ivanna Lisette Ortiz, 35, for allegedly shooting up Rihanna's mansion and vehicle in Los Angeles, according to Billboard magazine.
"Police say that Ortiz reportedly fired around 10 shots from an AR-15-style assault rifle at Rihanna’s Beverly Hills mansion on Sunday (March 8) from inside her white Tesla, which was parked across the street from the home."
Billboard further stated that Rihanna and her three children were home at the time of the incident, but no injuries were reported.
Ortiz, a resident and licensed speech pathologist of Orlando, Florida, is being held on $1.875 million bail, reduced from the original $10.2 million, according to a press release issued by the L.A. County District Attorney’s Office.
The release states that Ortiz has been formally charged with "one count of attempted murder, 10 felony counts of assault with a semiautomatic firearm and three felony counts of shooting at an inhabited dwelling or camper."
"If convicted as charged, she faces up to life in state prison. Ortiz will be arraigned on March 25."
Several media outlets report that Ortiz previously made inflammatory posts on her social media about Rihanna, including one on February 23rd that tagged the singer: "@badgirlriri Are you there? Cause I was waiting for your AIDS 5-head self to say something to me directly instead of sneaking around like you talking to me where I’m not at.”
The Los Angeles Times reported that Ortiz has several prior arrests, including careless driving, and suspicion of domestic violence and battery.
