Diddy Release Date Set

Variety magazine reported that Sean “Diddy” Combs is expected to be released from prison on May 8th, 2028, according to the Federal Bureau of Prisons.

"On Oct. 3, the Bad Boy Records founder was sentenced to 50 months behind bars after he was convicted on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution," Variety wrote.

"Combs’ high-profile criminal trial ended in July with a split verdict, as the music mogul was acquitted of racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking, avoiding serious charges that could have landed him in prison for decades."

Combs has been incarcerated for over a year at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York, which counts toward his sentencing. His projected release date factors in Comb’s good behavior in prison.

The White House has confirmed that Combs has asked for a pardon.
