Sean "Diddy" Combs was caught drinking alcohol in prison, TMZ reported earlier today.

Sean “Diddy” Combs faces newly surfaced accusations of sexually assaulting a male music producer in 2020 and 2021, according to a police report and civil lawsuit, PEOPLE magazine reported.

Variety magazine reported that Sean “Diddy” Combs is expected to be released from prison on May 8, 2028, according to the Federal Bureau of Prisons.

Lawyers for Sean "Diddy" Combs filed a court document on Monday saying they would be appealing his convictions and 50-month prison sentence for transportation to engage in prostitution, according to The New York Times.

Reuters reports that lawyers for Sean "Diddy" Combs "urged a U.S. judge to sentence the hip-hop mogul to little more time behind bars, after he was convicted of prostitution-related offences but acquitted on more serious sex trafficking and racketeering charges."

Rolling Stone magazine reported that during Sean "Diddy" Combs' defense arguments today, his lead attorney claimed that Combs was simply living a lifestyle of swingers, threesomes, and personal drug use.

Yesterday, presiding U.S. District Judge Arun Subramanian dismissed a juror for making misleading statements regarding his eligibility to serve on the Sean "Diddy" Combs racketeering and sex trafficking trial jury.
