The federal trial against Sean "Diddy" Combs on charges of racketeering, conspiracy and sex trafficking is expected to go to the jury by Friday. The music mogul faces life imprisonment if convicted on certain counts.
The trial began on May 12th, 2025, and has heard testimony from ex-girlfriends, former employees, and law enforcement regarding his 'freak-off' parties, male escorts, hotel damage, kidnapping, threats, violence, blowing up a car, and drug smuggling.
The prosecution is expected to rest their case tomorrow, at which time the defense will present their case. Combs' attorneys state they will not be calling him to the stand, and expect to rest their case within the day.
Closing arguments and jury instructions are expected to occur Wednesday and Thursday, with deliberations beginning on Friday.
